<p>1️⃣ Starting a company is the easy part; staying obsessed is the challenge. Anyone can start something, but can you stay deeply committed to building it for years to come? Brian Chesky is wildly successful, yet he’s probably more obsessed with Airbnb now than when he started.</p>



<p>2️⃣ Build “layers of fabric” to become an interesting person. An actor once said, “If you want to be an interesting actor, do everything except acting—read, learn, talk to people.” The more diverse your experiences and knowledge, the more depth you bring to whatever you create.</p>



<p>3️⃣ Podcasts can be the new mentors. There’s so much wisdom available now—if you want to learn from the best, it’s just a matter of putting in the effort. The answers are out there, but it’s up to you to seek them out.</p>
