But I think a better approach is to identify an existing behavior among a fringe group and make their process much easier. As we know, the future is already here, it’s just not evenly distributed yet.</p>

<p>👉 Before Shopify, online shopping malls did exist, but sellers had to manually piece together many different parts<br>👉 Before Stripe, developers could build credit card payment systems for their websites, but Stripe simplified this with a single line of code<br>👉 Before Coinbase, users could buy and sell cryptocurrencies through hacky ways, but Coinbase made it as easy as trading stocks on Robinhood (which itself succeeded by simplifying stock trading)</p>



<p>So, see what early adopters are doing today jumping through hoops, and reduce their 7-step process to a single step. By abstracting away the complexity, you might be able to build a great product. This could be one way of coming up with a killer startup idea.</p>
